This policy explains what we collect when you use the SeatOG predictor and counselling services, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email and mobile number, when you choose to download a shortlist PDF or request counselling.
• The rank/percentile/marks, category, gender, PwD status and home state you enter into the predictor.
• Basic, anonymous usage analytics (which steps you reached) to improve the product.

How we use it

• To generate your shortlist and the matching counselling recommendation.
• To contact you over phone, email or Telegram with relevant counselling guidance during the JoSAA/CSAB window.
• To improve prediction accuracy and the product experience.

What we will never do

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not display or trade follower/subscriber counts. We only share your details with our own counselling mentors for the purpose of helping you.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to us via the Contact page.
