Refund Policy

We want you to get real value from counselling. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Before a session is delivered

If you have purchased a counselling tier but no session, call, or recorded material has been delivered and no choice-filling work has started, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

After delivery has started

Because counselling is a human-delivered, time-bound service during a short JoSAA/CSAB window, fees become non-refundable once a 1:1 session, call, cohort session or personalised choice-filling plan has been delivered.

Capacity

The flagship Max Strategy tier has a real, capped number of 1:1 mentor seats. If we are unable to provide a committed 1:1 slot you paid for, you will receive either an equivalent alternative or a full refund of the difference — your choice.

How to request

Email us via the Contact page with your payment reference. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
